Step:1

Launch Adobe Acrobat and open the PDF file into which you would like to insert a watermark.




Step:2 

Click on Edit PDF From Right Side Menu...


Step:3

Check Above for Option Watermark...



Click On Watermark and Click Add From Drop Down Menu...



Step:4

Specify the type of watermark you would like to use.
To insert a text watermark, click the “Text” radio button and enter your watermark text in the field provided.



Customize font size, face and color using the available formatting tools.
To use an image or other PDF file for your watermark, click the “File” radio button and click “Browse” to locate the file you would like to use.
Double-click the file to select it. For the purpose of watermarking, Acrobat is compatible with JPEG, BMP and PDF file formats.

Step:5 

Customize the appearance of your watermark. Click one of the “Rotation” radio buttons to adjust your watermark’s orientation on the page. Click and drag the "Opacity" slider to adjust the watermark's transparency. Click the “Appear Behind Page” radio button to have your watermark display behind the content of your PDF document.



Step:6Click “OK” to apply your watermark.
Done !!!
