How To Stop Auto Reload Un Active Tab on Google Chrome ?

This is Very Annoying Thing When We Open One More Tab On Google Chrome ..
and Use Only One Tab and When We Come Back Another Tab Google Chrome Reload That Tab.

For This Reason Our Old Information Gone !!!

How To Fix That?

1.First You Have To Go Google Address Bar and type "chrome://flags/" Without Quotes.

2.Then Find A text That Name is "Only Auto-Reload Visible Tabs"
You Can Find it Rapidly By Press Ctrl+f and then type that name

3.After Find That You Can See That Value is Default
You Have to Change This
Set it to Disable

4.Then Click Relaunch Now..

5.Done!!!

Now This Problem is Gone..
